Invest in your long-term back health

This programme is designed to improve your posture and mobility, creating a sustainable foundation for physical longevity. We build movement habits progressively, integrating them into your daily life to develop the core strength, spinal support, and body awareness needed to move with resilience, balance, and efficiency.

 

We prioritise frequency over duration. While our studio sessions are a focused, active 30 minutes, our twice-weekly studio sessions combined with the Digital Studio is designed to build lasting habits. This consistent rhythm helps your body and brain integrate new movement patterns more effectively than one long, occasional workout. We focus on showing up often to create a sustainable foundation for your back health.

 

The Structure

  • Pre-Studio Videos: Short videos to watch before studio class to get familiar with the equipment and moves we’ll cover in class.

  • 10 Studio Sessions: Small group sessions (max. 6 participants) held twice weekly.

  • Digital Studio: Guided 5–15 minute videos for each week to keep you moving between your studio sessions.

The Commitment

  • Duration: 5 weeks (Week 16 through Week 20).

  • Time: Mondays (16:15 – 16:45) and Wednesdays (16:45 – 17:15).

  • Starts: Monday, April 13th.

  • Registration: Final bookings close this Sunday, April 12th.

 

Investment

This is a structured, personalised experience. I work with clients across a range of needs -- from back issues and scoliosis and hip or knee surgery recovery to pre and post natal support -- with the collective goal of building lasting back strength and spinal health. Due to the individualised nature of the programme and age-related tax exemptions (moms), we will discuss the investment details during your free consultation.

The Group Dynamic

This is private training in a small group setting. I teach the body in front of me, ensuring you receive individualised attention and specific adjustments tailored to your movement. Because each person works on their own progression, you receive a personal training experience within a supportive studio environment. To maintain this group energy, a minimum of 3 participants is required for a class to run.
