Meet Nadd

Hi, my name is Nadd Bustami, and I'm a Back Care Pilates Specialist in Billund. On a daily basis, I help people with back pain get their confidence back to return to an active life without the fear of throwing out their back again.

Nadd Bustami hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and moved to Denmark in 2016. Nadd found Pilates due to back pain after pregnancy and fell in love with the way the method transformed her mind, body and her life. After being a private client for a few years, Nadd decided to pursue Pilates teacher training out of the desire to understand her body better. She trained in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Paris, France with internationally renowned Pilates education provider, Polestar Pilates, obtaining her Comprehensive qualification. She is also a certified Pre/Post-Natal Pilates teacher through the  Pre/Postnatal Pilates Specialist Program from The Center for Women’s Fitness, USA. Since moving to Denmark, she has taught Pilates in Vejle and Billund and subsequently founded Love, Pilates in Billund, her personal studio where she channels her energy, sharing her love for Pilates. She enjoys the challenge of working with different bodies and helping them reduce back pain and seeing the positive impact Pilates has brought her clients. Nadd holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Exeter, UK and a Master’s degree from University of Malaya, Malaysia and she used to teach Social Sciences subjects at private universities in Malaysia.
