Free Back Care Pilates Community Class | Every First Saturday
Daily life shouldn't leave your back feeling heavy or restricted. We host this free session once a month to provide a consistent opportunity to find some space in your body, focus on the basics of spinal health, and hit reset.
The Focus
We use the Pilates method and intentional movement to help you:

Release Tension: Targeted movements to unlock tight spots in your lower back and shoulders.

Build Core Strength: Deep abdominal work designed to act as a natural brace for your spine.

Restore Alignment: Exercises that help you find better balance and support a more natural posture as you move through your day.

It is a relaxed, friendly environment where everyone, from total beginners to seasoned pros are all welcome.

What to bring: Just yourself, comfortable movement wear, a towel and grip socks (if you have them)

Why we offer this
We believe movement is a fundamental part of health, and quality back care should be available to everyone in our community. To date, the studio has hosted nearly 80 free community classes, and it’s been a joy to see so many familiar faces. We’re opening our doors for a free session once a month. No membership, no fees, just a chance to show your back some love and see what we’re all about.
